To ensure our support services remain available to everyone who needs them, this fair use policy outlines the acceptable use of our support line and services.
Abusive behaviour, including but not limited to using abusive language, unreasonable demands, repetitive requests, requests for support of competitor equipment or product, or misrepresentation of the circumstances of the call will not be accepted.
Customers who engage in abusive behaviour may be subject to reduction or suspension of their free support services for a period to be determined at the sole discretion of LSC. Customers are encouraged to make reasonable efforts to resolve support issues themselves, before calling support. Resources available include those provided by equipment manufacturers, online databases and catalogues, and these should be consulted prior to calling support.
