Tango device annual subscription effective as of software v1.124

Subscription includes ALL current add-on modules and will qualify customers for future developments at no extra charge.

Existing customers (pre v1.124) will continue to have access to the base software with which the device was sold, irrelevant of subscription status.

Exiting customers (pre v1.124) who previously purchased add-on modules will continue to have access to those modules they purchased, irrelevant of subscription status.
